Module 9 · Lesson 2 of 5
Choose one studio or separate services.
A studio keeps everything in one account. Separate services can be cheaper or better for one job. Pick the setup for your next film.
The steps
A studio, like Google Flow, makes pictures, video, voices and music in one account. One bill, one set of buttons.
Separate services use one service for each job: video, voices, music, and a free editor.
A separate service can be better at one job. A voice service may do an accent your studio can’t.
Compare them
Open the costs table. It prices every studio and service per finished minute.
The cheapest full set of separate services is about $44 a month. Google AI Pro alone is $19.99.
Voices from ElevenLabs start at $6 a month. Music from Suno starts at $8.
Check how much footage a plan makes. Most entry plans can’t make 3 minutes in a month.
Runway Standard makes 52 seconds, Google AI Plus 80 and Kling Standard 110.
Pick yours
Think about the weakest part of your film. Was it the faces, the voices or the music?
Change only that part. Keep your studio, and add one service for the job it did worst.
Write down your pick: the same studio, a different studio, or your studio plus one service.

Do this now
Pick the setup for your next film and write it down.
Check yourself
- Do you know which part of your film was weakest?
- Did you compare your pick with the costs table?
If any answer is no, go back over the steps, or look below.
Stuck?
- The table has too many choices.
- Start with what you used. Look only at the row for the one job that went worst.
- Separate services sound like too much work.
- Stay with one studio. A first or second film doesn’t need more.
- A service’s price is different from the table.
- Prices change. Trust the service’s own pricing page, and leave out first-month deals when you compare.
