Start your BookWriter account by entering your author name — the byline printed on your finished book’s cover, title page, and Amazon KDP listing. This short walkthrough shows new authors exactly where the author-name step lives in onboarding and how to set it.
What you’ll do

Open onboarding
Open BookWriter and start a new session to land on the first onboarding step.

Enter your author name
Type the name you want printed as the book’s author. It becomes your byline everywhere the book appears.

Confirm and move on to choosing your genre.
